I (Sharon) love my iphone and love that there are TONS of health and fitness apps available from the App Store.
So when I went looking for a tabata timer I looked at a few before I settled on this one, “Tabata Timer”.
It’s a nice and simple one, working on 20 seconds of exercise with 10 seconds rest in between each interval over a 4 minute period. It opens up straight to the timer with easy start and stop buttons. There is an information icon up the top on the right-hand side with 4 pages of information and a video.
It really is simple and you cant change the times between intervals etc. But the point of Tabata intervals is to stretch yourself in a short period of time.
