A couple of years go I discovered podcasts and that there are so many good ones out there that promote the paleo / primal lifestyle. Being able to load these up on my iphone means that I’ve always got a variety of things to listen to as I walk by the lake, drive to meetings, wait in airports or during the many flights I seem to have. I try to listen to one (or part of one) most days. I find that the learning helps motivate me to healthy lifestyle choices.
One of my favourites is ‘The Wellness Guys’. Each program a fun filled half hour of education, information and inspiration from three of Australia’s top wellness experts sharing their unique knowledge on the why, the what and the how of acheiving ultimate health and wellness.
